CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

1-In 1998 a tender was issued by his procurement of the American embassy for the maintenance of the Egyptian Armament Authority computer

center facilities. We were awarded the contract. The complexity of the project is based that no system down time is permitted. The scope of

work covers maintenance and repair of 2* 60 ton chillers, 2 caterpillar generators, sophisticated controls by Honeywell, fire alarms and

Halon fire extinguisher system, water detection systems, all electrical and plumbing networks. During all these years we had zero shut down

time.

2-In 2000 NAMRU 3 issued a tender for the preparation of Radar shop Number 1 for the Egyptian army, scope of work was to execute the work

according to US standards in all steps of work and safety standards and included structural modifications, electrical, plumbing, aluminum

work, A/C painting, supply of generators, UPS, control panels, all to accommodate radio frequency room, we had to import from the U.S and

install. We were awarded the contract and terminated the work according to U.S standards and were given an extra fee as an award for

excellence in performance.

3-In 1997 under make ready contract with the U.S embassy we were awarded a contract to perform the renovation work for the residence of his

Excellency the ambassador.

4-In 1998 The Australian Embassy awarded us the contract for the maintenance and renovation of all Embassy premises and His Excellency the

Ambassador's residence.

5-In 2001 we teamed up with Messrs. Braden Systems of Oklahoma for the site preparation and supply of equipment and the installation of Radio

Frequency Room for Messrs. NAMRU on behalf of the U.S Department of Navy for the Egyptian army.

6-In 2009 we were awarded a contract from the U.S embassy for the internal painting of the entire WAREHOUSE premises, located in Maadi area.

​

7 - In 2004 we were awarded a contract from the office of Military Corporation, U.S embassy for the repair and continuous maintenance of 300

split systems A/Cs for MMC sites in Cairo, Cairo suburbs and the Delta and it has been renewed to date.

8-In 2005 we were awarded a contract by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to supply & install their bullet proof glass.

​

9-During the period from August 1986 till June 2000 on consecutive RFP we were awarded the contracts with Messrs. US AID and we have

performed the continuous maintenance and renovation program for 110 residences and 8000 sq m of office space and cafeteria to accommodate 150

persons.

10-In 2006 we were awarded a contract from the U.S embassy for the internal painting of the entire embassy premises, including the floor of H.E

the ambassador.

​

11-In 2006 we were awarded a contract from the U.S embassy for the continuous maintenance and renovation of the make ready apartments in

Maadi, Zamalek and the downtown area.
