  • Logging of corrective maintenance requests and completion thereof. & when needed intervention to correct or repair according to the Service Level Agreement.

  • Recommendation and management of spare parts and consumables by Warehousing and deployment of spare parts inventory.

  • Provision of Engineering and technical team on site around the clock, Provision of Engineering and technical support for on-call requests.

  • Handling of ad-hoc architectural works.

  • Monthly reporting of works completed and jobs attended to, Support in budget forecasting of annual property upkeep costs.

  • 24/7/365 hotline for help desk support for corporate and residential tenants

  • Coordination with housekeeping and other contractors on site.

  • Document control of building drawings and electro-mechanical manuals
